Crafted at the Torrylinn Creamery, nestled on the southern tip of Scotland's idyllic Isle of Arran, our Isle of Arran cheddar is made by hand and in open vats, using traditional methods that have been passed down through generations. The milk comes from just two farms.

The results of this dedication and passion produce a smooth, rich and rounded cheese with an often crunchy texture. Its savoury taste has a hint of sweetness complemented by nutty notes, enhancing the complexity and making it very moreish indeed.
